Aculab (www.aculab.com) has released a white paper on HD voice today.
The 8 page document (well, 5 readable pages, 1 of references, 1 cover, one boilerplate), “Hear your customers loud and clear with wideband (HD Voice) technology,” notes the recent surge of discussion around the mobile space but then goes on to discuss the ability of HD voice to improve enterprise VoIP platforms such as conference servers, call centers and unified communications systems, emphasizing “the best possible customer service.”
A discussion of “What to look for in an HD Voice platform” makes a couple of interesting points about platform flexibility and integrating VoIP and legacy TDM platforms when building a solution.
The paper can be found over at Aculab’s website at http://www.aculab.com/files/pdf/Aculab_HD_Voice_whitepaper_issue1.pdf
