D2 Technologies (www.d2tech.com) continues to proliferate its mCUE communications client across Android-based devices. It’s latest announced deal puts mCUE onboard the Freescale i.MX53 multimedia applications processor.
The Freescale i.MX535 processor is yet-another-one-of-those ARM-based processors floating around today. The i.MX535 supports 1080p video playback and can show up in a variety of Android-based devices including tablets, IP media phones, and connected TVs and set top boxes.
With mCUE, you get onboard support for VoIP, PSTN, most major IM/social networking services, including GoogleTalk, Yahoo!, MSN, AIM, and Skype. mCUE also provides multi-radio, multi-network seamless voice call handover for call cost and voice quality optimization.
