DSP Group claims Ooma CAT-iq HD voice customer wins

DSP Group announced its XceedR CAT-iq 2.0 platform is being used in Ooma’s Telo gateway, HD2 handset, and Linx adapter.

Telo is Ooma’s voice and services gateway. The (relatively) new HD2 handset has a color display to support picture caller ID, as well as HD voice support and the usual set of features of wireless handset features (intercom, call transfer, 3-way calling).  The Linx adapter wirelessly connects RJ-11 analog phone devices via DECT 6.0.

All of the devices use the XceedR CAT-iq 2.0  single chip solution to deliver CAT-iq 2.0 DECT wireless.
