Finland gets HD voice through DNA

Finnish mobile carrier DNA has tweeted it now is offering HDvoice.

DNA says it conducted a two month “open trial” of HD voice starting in November 2012 and is now announcing commercial availability today, in January 2013. DNA’s talk business manager Cedric Kamtsan says up to a quarter of the company’s customers already have HD voice capable phones, with Nokia handsets and the Apple iPhone 5 supporting HD voice “automatically.”

Terms and conditions are the same as HD voice deployments around the globe: There’s no additional charges for HD voice service, calls have to within the carrier’s network and both parties need an HD voice capable phone.
